Geist and Morse fall to Citizens Energy Group, Lake Monroe is federally managed, and the Tippecanoe impoundments report to their utility and conservancy districts. We drive durable vinyl and steel bulkheads, cap and tie them back, and detail the backfill to each owner's standard.
Reservoir bulkhead cost depends as much on the owner's permitting process as on the wall material. Citizens Energy Group owns the Geist and Morse shoreline together with a 20-foot easement and requires a written application for any wall, while Lake Monroe is a federal reservoir whose shoreline the Corps of Engineers Louisville District administers through a published Shoreline Management Plan.
